1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging intact.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and downloadable digital products.

Items marked as Final Sale.

Products that are damaged due to misuse, accidents, or neglect.
3. Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at 📧 support@cuddledolphin.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, email us at support@cuddledolphin.com.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
