At CuddleDolphin™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products.

  • Items marked as Final Sale.

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, accidents, or neglect.


3. Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at 📧 support@cuddledolphin.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).


4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, email us at support@cuddledolphin.com.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take time to post).

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
